Though we live in the SF Bay Area, we hired Peace of Mind to do our new home inspection. The POM team had been so highly recommended to us that I knew it would be worth the (small) travel fee. We were so right! 

Mike came out on time and was incredibly thorough. We had an inspection on our previous home by another company and it took them just 45 minutes. Mike took over 3 hours to go through our potential new home. He literally looked at it from top to bottom. He documented everything both in writing and with a ton of photos and gave us a fantastic final report when he was finished. While on site, he patiently took me around and showed me everything he found and explained things in a way I could understand. 

When Mike said that the home was in great condition, we knew we could proceed with the transaction. His expertise and care really gave us a ton of comfort as we made this very important purchase. I would recommend Peace of Mind to absolutely anyone.
